Project results:

A total of 40 mobilities were implemented.

Albania: 10 mobilities — 3 outgoing (2 SMS and 1 STA) and 7 incoming (3 STT, 2 BIP, and 2 SMT).

Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH): 10 mobilities — 3 outgoing (1 STA and 2 SMS) and 7 incoming (2 STA, 3 STT, and 2 SMS).

Georgia: 13 mobilities — 1 outgoing STA and 12 incoming (1 STA, 2 STT, 3 SMT, and 6 BIP).

Ukraine: 7 incoming mobilities (4 STT and 3 SMS).

 

PROJECT OUTCOMES:

Under project 2024-1-HR01-KA171-HED-000227969, a total of 40 mobilities were implemented with partner higher education institutions from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia and Ukraine. The project included 7 outgoing and 33 incoming mobilities, covering student mobility for studies and traineeships, STA and STT staff mobility, and short-term BIP mobilities.

The project enabled participants to develop academic, professional and intercultural competences. Students enhanced their knowledge in health sciences, physiotherapy, economics, management and digitalisation, while staff exchanged experience in internationalisation, mobility management, higher education quality, digitalisation, artificial intelligence and inclusion.

The mobilities contributed to the internationalisation of VEVU, the development of sustainable partnerships and internationalisation at home. Incoming students and staff enriched VEVU’s academic environment, while outgoing participants transferred the knowledge and experience gained to their home institution and partner organisations.

The project also strengthened VEVU’s internal procedures for managing, monitoring and implementing mobility activities. This included the development and application of mobility flowcharts, support guides and the Mobility Support Model for incoming and outgoing participants. These measures improved information provision, inclusion, recognition of learning outcomes, administrative support and communication with partner institutions.

The results confirm the high quality of implementation: 100% of participants were satisfied with their Erasmus+ experience, while 96.77% of incoming and 100% of outgoing participants stated that they had benefited from their mobility.

Overall, the project strengthened VEVU’s international cooperation capacity, contributed to the quality and internationalisation of higher education, increased the institution’s visibility and created a basis for further cooperation through future Erasmus+ and other international projects.
