I. PROJECT OUTCOMES:

26 student and staff mobilitites in total implemented.

3 student realized mobilities: 2 SMP incoming mobilities and 1 SMP outgoining mobility.

23 staff realized mobilities: 7 (3 outgoing and 4 incoming) STT and 16  (7 outgoing and 9 incoming)  STA mobilities.

IV. PROJECT OUTCOMES

Project results are 26 implemented student and staff mobilities. 3 of them are student mobilities for traineeship (2 incoming from Georgia and 1 outgoing to BiH) and 23 staff mobilities, 7 are realized for Training (3 outgoing and 4 incoming mobilities) and 16 for Teaching (7 outgoing and 9 incoming).

With the above results and with the accompanying activities mentioned in the previous chapter, the following impacts expected by the project were realized:
– accomplished internationalization at home during academic years 2020/2021 and 2021/2022, which has the effect of expanding worldviews at all four higher education institutions
– achieved exchange of experiences and encouragement of innovation in lectures and classes
– achieved sustainability of cooperation achieved and deepening of internationalization
– increased competences of end users of mobility student, lecturers and staff.
– achieved particular goals of the internal strategic objectives in the field of internationalization at all involved higher education institutions
– continued raising awareness of the importance of internationalization and the benefits it brings to end users for their development of additional knowledge and professional, interpersonal and transversal skills
– raising the level of education quality achieved
– encouraged openness to the modernization of the curriculum and the introduction of innovations in teaching
– educational promotion of studying and study programs as well as the acquisition of additional skills
– continued raising of the level of visibility and credibility of higher education institutions.
