PROJECT OUTCOMES:

The project realized a total of 44 mobilities for students and staff, including 4 outgoing staff mobilities. Among the incoming mobilities, 14 were for students and 26 for staff from partner higher education institutions. All students received ECTS credits in accordance with their learning outcomes, as per ECHE criteria.
Fifteen mobilities for teaching staff contributed to internationalization at home, allowing staff to enhance their skills in internationalization, administration, and teaching. This was achieved through Job Shadowing and training sessions, including two Staff Weeks organized by VEVU.
The project facilitated the development of key professional and interpersonal skills for 14 incoming students and refined the pedagogical approaches of 30 teachers. The primary success lay in the significant exchange of knowledge and best practices, strengthening collaboration with the local economy and improving curricula to better align with labor market needs. Moreover, the project enhanced the visibility of Croatian higher education on the international stage.
