Traineeship Mobility at VEVU

Since practical training is an integral part of the curriculum at VEVU, all students have the opportunity to complete their traineeship at one of the partner organizations with which VEVU has signed agreements. In accordance with these agreements, VEVU also organizes traineeships for incoming students.

Students can complete their traineeship mobility (SMT) at VEVU through three different options:

1. Within the Curriculum (SMS Mobility): Practical training as part of a course within the curriculum, which falls under SMS mobility.
2. Traineeship Program: Students can participate in one of the internal available programs:

Health studies department:

(Currently available only for Physiotherapy students.)

1. • Clinical Practice I – I. cycle 
   • Clinical Practice II – II. cycle
2. Individual Traineeship: Students can undertake a traineeship based on their individual study program and learning objectives, in accordance with the previously approved SMT plan.

During their traineeship, students will have a designated supervisor in the host department, who serves as the main contact person responsible for the implementation, modifications, and monitoring of the agreed mobility program and outcomes. Additionally, students will be supported by mentors within the partner organization at the traineeship location.
