IV. VEVU Erasmus+ International Staff Week 2025

🌍 Uspješno realiziran međunarodni tjedna za zaposlenike: “Innovation, Mobility & AI: Shaping the Future of Higher Education”

Veleučilište „Lavoslav Ružička“ u Vukovaru (VEVU) uspješno je realiziralo International staff week program „Innovation, Mobility & AI: Shaping the Future of Higher Education“, koji je održan od 12. do 16. svibnja 2025. godine u Vukovaru.

Program je okupio 21 sudionika iz šest zemalja – Mađarske, Rumunjske, Bosne i Hercegovine, Albanije, Gruzije i Ukrajine – čime je VEVU još jednom potvrdio svoju važnu ulogu u promicanju međunarodne suradnje, mobilnosti i inovacija u visokom obrazovanju.

Tijekom petodnevnog programa sudionici su sudjelovali u nizu aktivnosti, uključujući svečano otvaranje, međunarodni sajam partnerskih institucija, predavanja, stručne radionice, sportske aktivnosti, job shadowing te tematske edukacije o ulozi umjetne inteligencije u obrazovanju.

Posebno se istaknula manifestacija VEVU International Partner HEIs Fair, na kojoj su, uz predstavnike partnerskih ustanova sudionika ovog događaja, sudjelovali i predstavnici partnerskih institucija iz BIP programa – iz Španjolske, Njemačke i Poljske. Ova aktivnost dodatno je doprinijela umrežavanju i razmjeni iskustava između visokoobrazovnih institucija iz različitih europskih zemalja.

Stručni dio programa obogatili su inspirativni predavači:
🎤 „AI as an Ally in the Digital Transformation of Education – From Classroom to Office“ – dr. sc. Krunoslav Ris, PMP®, PBA
🎤 „Artificial Intelligence as a Teaching Tool“ – doc. dr. sc. Krešimir Rakić

Uz formalni dio programa, sudionici su imali priliku upoznati kulturnu i povijesnu baštinu grada Vukovara te ljepote Slavonije kroz organizirani izlet.

Događaj je završio zatvaranjem programa, evaluacijom i diseminacijom rezultata, čime je uspješno okrunjen još jedan ciklus međunarodne suradnje i razmjene znanja u okviru Erasmus+ programa.

We welcome participants from both KA131 and KA171 mobility programs:

KA131 participants – staff from EU Member States and Third Countries Associated with the Program, including:

KA171 participants – staff from non-associated Third Countries where VEVU has a signed IIA agreement, including:
🇦🇱 Albania, 🇧🇦 Bosnia and Herzegovina, 🇬🇪 Georgia, 🇺🇦 Ukraine

How to Participate?

Higher education teaching and non-teaching staff can participate in ISW 2025 through the following options:

🔍 STT Mobility (Staff Training & Job Shadowing): Includes structured training sessions and job -shadowing opportunities tailored to participants’ professional interests.

🔍 STA + STT Combined Mobility: As this program includes a training component for teachers, participants under STA mobility are required to deliver 4 hours of lectures on a pre-agreed topic aligned with courses offered during the semester. A signed IIA agreement with VEVU is required for STA mobility.

Please check with your Erasmus+ coordinator to confirm if your institution has an agreement in place. If not, you can still participate under STT mobility.

🔍 “Go Abroad – Partner HEI Fair” – We strongly encourage all participants to take part in the Go Abroad – Partner HEI Fair, where you can present your institution to local and international students, academic staff, and Erasmus+ participants!

Participation Costs

There is no participation fee, but participants must cover their own travel and accommodation costs.

These expenses may be funded through Erasmus+ KA131 or KA171 STA/STT mobility.

How to Register?

All interested participants must complete the registration process. However, to take part in the official program, your home HEI must nominate you for your chosen mobility type (STA or STT) as either a grant recipient or a zero-grant participant.
