To complete the process of registering incoming participants,
Student arrival registration form LINK.
In addition to online registration, please send the duly filled and notarized documents listed below, along with any additional ones if necessary, to the email address erasmus@vevu.hr.
Document Submission Guidelines.
To facilitate your registration in incoming emails, please use the mail subject line: ‘Incoming Registration – [Your First and Last Name].’
Attention: All documents need to be sent in scanned coloured copy in PDF form completely visible documents
- Copy of passport – both pages
- Consent for processing of personal data – form
- Learning Agreement according mobility type- provide the complete data information for the mobility participant and the sending institution and table before mobility, verified by the sending institution, and signed by the mobility participant

After your nomination is confirmed, and you got Acceptance Letter you are required to submit:

5. Grant agreement model for Erasmus+ student mobility for study/traineeship (Mobility between PROGRAMME and PARTNER COUNTRIES) – will be sent by host HEI
All incoming students:
6. Copy of the health insurance/s provided for the whole period of the stay according to the mobility purpose rules – this document come attached to the grant agreement
Notification: All incomnig students ( KA131/KA171) will need to present a copy of this proof of insurance before arrival to Vukovar:
• The health insurance are mandatory for Erasmus+ mobility for study SMS
• The health and accident insurance and liability insurance (damages) are mandatory for Erasmus+ mobility for training (practice) SMT

- Green Travel Participant Statement for KA171 mobility participants – if they use green transport. (Green Travel Guide for Participants 2026)
- Fewer opportunities document prove – scanned PDF copy
- Erasmus+ Application Form – Special Needs (if needed – Application deadline for project within project check with the Erasmus coordinator.)
