On 23rd and 24th October 2025, the University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar hosted a two-day workshop focused on training in the preparation and implementation of European projects funded by EU programs. The training took place over two days and guided participants through key steps using practical examples – from developing a project idea and creating a logical framework to preparing application documentation and planning implementation.

The training was delivered by experts from the International Institute of Entrepreneurship (MIP) in Samobor, who have extensive experience in preparing and implementing EU projects.

We especially commend the high level of interaction and the quality of questions from students and other participants, which contributed to meaningful discussions and the exchange of experiences. We are also proud of the active participation of international students currently attending our institution as part of the Erasmus+ mobility program.

All participants will receive certificates of attendance.

The workshop was implemented as part of the project “Training Program in the Preparation and Implementation of European Projects Funded by EU Programs” (Ref. No. 021-RH-RS-2025), with the University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar as the lead partner and the Croatian Business Club – HPK (Belgrade) as the project partner, with financial support from the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds through the Croatia-Serbia Cross-Border Cooperation Program.

We look forward to future joint activities.
