The University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar participated on 25th November 2025 in the Fair of Croatian Universities of Applied Sciences, held as part of EduFest 2025 – a festival dedicated to studying and student life. The event took place at the National and University Library in Zagreb, bringing together high school graduates from gymnasiums and vocational schools, as well as numerous representatives of higher education institutions.

During the fair, representatives of the Universities of Applied Sciences introduced graduates to its undergraduate and graduate professional study programs, projects, and activities carried out within the institution, as well as the many advantages of studying in Vukovar. Special emphasis was placed on the practical orientation of the study programs, opportunities for professional internships, international mobility, cooperation with industry, and a supportive student environment.

Visitors showed interest in admission requirements, scholarships, the student dormitory, as well as life in Vukovar – a city that is increasingly becoming a true student hub year after year.

EduFest 2025, within which the fair was held, focuses on informing students about opportunities for higher education in Croatia. Through a series of presentations, interactive content, and meetings with representatives of higher education institutions, the event helps graduates make informed decisions about continuing their education.

By participating in EduFest, the University VEVU reaffirmed its commitment to bringing professional education closer to future students and promoting Vukovar as a student city of the future.

We thank all pupils and graduates who visited our stand and invite them to begin their academic journey at the University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar – a place where knowledge, practice, and community go hand in hand.
