During the week of remembrance for the victims of Vukovar, on November 17, 2023, representatives from the Faculty of Health Studies of the University of Mostar, Dean Prof. dr. sc. Vajdana Tomić, and Assist. Prof. dr. sc. Josip Šimić, Vice Dean for Interinstitutional Cooperation and Quality, visited the University VEVU to sign an agreement and discuss the expansion of further cooperation in the fields of physiotherapy, sports medicine, and kinesiology.
From the University VEVU, Dean Assist. Prof. dr. sc. Željko Sudarić, prof of profess. stud., Vice Dean for Teaching and Students Ivan Belaj, mag. iur., senior lecturer, Assist. Prof. dr. sc. Slobodan Stojanović, prof. of profess. stud., Vice Dean for Business Operations and Cooperation with Businesses, Head of the Health Department dr. sc. Slavica Janković, senior lecturer, Secretary Duško Simić, dipl. iur., and Erasmus+ Coordinator Karolina Novinc, Master of European Business Studies, participated in the meeting.
After a working meeting and a tour of the University, an agreement on cooperation was signed, and the representatives of the institutions paid tribute to all the victims at the Memorial Cemetery.
This agreement enables the development of cooperation in terms of exchanging teaching staff, student mobility, participation in joint projects, development and implementation of joint study programs, lifelong learning, research, scientific and professional conferences, as well as collaboration in publishing activities.
