A ceremonial graduation ceremony for 111 female and male students who earned the titles of Bachelor’s and Master’s degree holders, mostly in the field of physiotherapy**, was held on 19 December 2025 in the Conference Hall of the University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar.

The Dean of the University, Assist. Prof. Željko Sudarić, PhD, prof. of professional studies, emphasized that the ceremony represents confirmation of the quality of education and highlights the importance of knowledge, modern infrastructure, and ambition for the development of both the University and the City of Vukovar. He stressed that the new generation of highly educated professionals constitutes an important contribution to society and the economy. In his address, the Dean also spoke about the further development of the University and significant infrastructure projects currently underway.

The graduation ceremony was also an opportunity to award the most successful students of the previous academic year in the categories of highest-grade point average, best final/master’s thesis, best female/male athlete, and best sports team.

We would like to once again congratulate all graduates and their parents, who were a great support to them on their journey toward earning their degrees. Please remember that with a diploma in hand, you already have much, because “Knowledge is power, and the VEVU family” will always be there for you.
