Dear Erasmus students,
We are extremely pleased that you are considering your options regarding exchange period at College of Applied Sciences „Lavoslav Ružička“ in Vukovar. College is a small, modern European institution of higher education that is welcoming and supportive place to come to, as an Erasmus, or International exchange student. We seek to provide an outstanding experience for all students.
College offers the benefit of studying at a smaller University, such as teaching staff commitment and dedication to the student’s needs, as well as achieving maximum impact in completion of studies thus becoming more competitive in an increasingly demanding labour market.
Erasmus and ECTS coordinators as well as teaching and other staff will assist you with all questions that you may have and they will help you settling in and adjusting to life and studying in Vukovar.
If you decide to come to our College in Vukovar, the Danube city, with a rich history and culture, we will do our best to enable you an enjoyable and intellectually fulfilling experience.
INCOMING STUDY EXCHANGE STUDENTS
An Inter-institutional Agreement between your home university and VEVU has to be signed in order to undertake an Erasmus study exchange with the College of Applied Sciences „Lavoslav Ružička“ (VEVU) in Vukovar. Contact your home institution to find out if this agreement exists.
You may apply for studying if your home institution nominates you to attend classes at the College of Applied Sciences „Lavoslav Ružička“ in Vukovar as Erasmus+ study exchange student.
INCOMING TRAINEESHIP STUDENTS
If your home university has signed the Inter-institutional Agreement with VEVU, you may be eligible to undertake working or training through an Erasmus traineeship at the College of Applied Sciences „Lavoslav Ružička“ in Vukovar.
Erasmus traineeships has to be organised through the department you wish to work for, and they will sign all paperwork and be responsible for mentoring. Traineeship students will not have a college place, and would not be registered as a student at the College; exceptions are the students who will do the practice within course with ECTS credits according to the study programme at VEVU.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
1. Nomination by home institution
You have to be nominated by your home university (your home university coordinators will be able to provide you with help and advice about the nomination selection process).
The nomination by your home institution should be sent to: erasmus@vevu.hr and include following information: your full name, gender, subject area, level of study at College, whether you wish to come for one semester or full year / other specified dates.
2. Registration of Arrival at VEVU
Application documents that have to be sent:
• Erasmus Student Application form (Filled and singed)
Learning Agreement (filled by sending institution and student – for KA103 mobilities on line application/ for KA107 in paper form – send copy in PDF).
ATTACHMENTS TO BE SENT BY E-MAIL WITH SIGNED APPLICATION FORM:
Transcript of Records (in English language, stamped and signed by authorized persons at your faculty – scaned in PDF form)
Certificate of study student status (has to be signed by a competent person at your home university- scaned in PDF form) in english
Copy of Passport or ID card – scaned in PDF form
CV in Europass format (in English)
Language Certificate (certificate from host university or document proving your level of English – cannot be lower than B2 – exceptions are native speakers) – scaned copy in PDF form
Fill in the Learning Agreement (LA) – for KA107 mobilities
Write into the LA the courses you would like to attend during your Erasmus stay and discuss your choice with the departmental coordinator at your home university.
