Registration Fee

  • Full fee for authors and co-authors of papers: €200.00
  • Early registration fee for authors and co-authors of papers: €150.00
  • Fee for presentation speakers (accepted abstract, but authors will not publish a paper in the Proceedings): €120.00
  • Fee for listeners: €100.00

Authors from institutions that have a cooperation agreement with Šibenik University of Applied Sciences and authors from Conference partner institutions are eligible to pay 50% of the above-mentioned fees. If a paper is co-authored by multiple authors, only those authors from institutions with a cooperation agreement or partner institutions are entitled to the discount.

If the registration fee for at least one of the co-authors is not paid on time, the paper will be rejected and will not be included in the Conference Proceedings or presented at the Conference.

Students, staff, and external collaborators of Šibenik University of Applied Sciences and the University “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar, as well as staff of higher education institutions from Ukraine, are exempted from paying the registration fee if they submit and publish a paper in the Conference Proceedings.

The registration fee includes the right to participate in the Conference, an electronic record of the Proceedings of the Conference, working materials, a welcome drink, a reception after the opening, conference dinner on May 21, lunch on May 22 and a voucher for the entrance to the Šibenik fortresses (St. John, St. Michael and Barone ).
