On September 5, 2023, the University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar and GöMa Holding GmbH from Graz, Austria, signed a Cooperation Agreement. This agreement establishes the conditions for business, professional, and educational collaboration between our University and one of the leading rehabilitation centers in the federal state of Styria, which will further enhance the quality of the educational process, with a special emphasis on the education and training of students and professors of the Healthcare Department of our University.

GöMa Holding GmbH encompasses PhysioMur, PhysioCity, and Physio Feldbach, where state-of-the-art equipment necessary for various types of physiotherapy, massages, and speech therapy is available. With a staff of a hundred employees, twenty-five years of collaboration with twenty hospitals, and more than 32.000 satisfied patients who have rated GöMa Holding’s services as excellent, it is a testament to the quality of healthcare services provided.

In addition to signing the Cooperation Agreement, during the official visit to Graz, an Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Cooperation agreement was concluded, enabling students and staff to participate in mobility programs for the purpose of training, professional practice, and gaining international experience and skills through outgoing and incoming student and faculty mobility at our University, as well as visits by expert lecturers from the partner institution, GöMa Holding GmbH.

Based on the signed agreement, students and alumni of our University will have the opportunity to receive scholarships for internships at this prestigious clinic.
