Over the course of two days (March 19-20, 2025), the Sutinska Vrela Sports Hall in Zagreb hosted women’s futsal teams to determine which teams would advance in the fight for the Croatian university championship title. The event was marked by high-scoring qualification matches, which ultimately revealed that the teams from the University of Split, the University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar, and the University North had secured their place in the UniSport Finals.

The UniSport Finals will take place from May 29 to June 1, 2025, in Poreč. We wish our students great success in Poreč and congratulate them on this remarkable achievement, which is not only a major sporting success for the players and their coach, Marko Kunc, mag. cin., lecturer, but also for our University VEVU as a whole.

The team representing our University VEVU consisted of: Laura Lončar, Laura Sušac, Leona Ahmeti, Marta Mikinac, Mia Budim, Nikolina Jelić, Valentina Kožarević, Teodora Jerenić, Tara Stipanović, Patricija Car, Valentina Benčić, and Mia Serdar.
