In the organization of the College of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar, Croatian member of the European Parliament Sunčana Glavak held a public lecture on Friday, February 10, 2023 on the topic “Accession of the Republic of Croatia to Schengen and the Eurozone”.

During the lecture, MEP Glavak reminded on processes that led to the realization of these two exceptional achievements for the Republic of Croatia as a member of the European Union, and additionally clarified the significance of belonging to Schengen and the Eurozone itself.

A large number of gathered students, professors and guests from the business, political and public life of the City of Vukovar and the Vukovar-Srijem County confirmed the importance of the topic and great interest for the advantages that entry into Schengen and the Eurozone brings to the Republic of Croatia and Croatian citizens.
