As part of the STEP UP project for the improvement of professional practice, students of the 3rd year of Commerce had the opportunity to visit Poreč on May 19 and 20, 2022, accompanied by mentors mr. sc. Darija Ivanković, senior lecturer, Ph.D. Željka Borzan, senior lecturer, and Ph.D. Mira Majstorović, lecturer. Thanks to the friendly staff of the Valamar tourist complex, the students visited the Lanterna Premium Camping Resort, located on almost 100 hectares, located halfway between Poreč and Novigrad. Students were introduced to various tourist facilities and the way the camp works, as well as innovative tourist offers. The students who visited the camp were joined by ERASMUS + student Olena Marynina from Ukraine, who had the opportunity to see the beauties of the second part of Croatia and deepen friendships with other students. In popemobiles, students were introduced to the camp complex and its offer, which is intended for all ages and rich in various thematic, entertainment and sports facilities where all visitors can find something for themselves, from families with children to tourists with pets. Apart from the work part, the students had the opportunity to socialize freely and create beautiful memories.
