On February 2, 2023, second-year students of the Administrative Study of the College of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar visited the Administrative Court in Osijek.

The visit took place under the mentorship of associate professor Ana Đanić Čeko accompanied by assistant Iva Ižaković as part of the course of Administrative Procedural Law. Using practical example, students were shown the course of an administrative dispute and its specifics – from the initiation, conduct of the oral hearing to the system of legal remedies.

The role of administrative judges and their specificity in relation to other court proceedings is highlighted. In the final part of the meeting, students had the opportunity to ask questions.
