On October 1, 2024, the University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar held the ceremonial “Introductory Lecture” for full-time and part-time first-year undergraduate and graduate students. Following the welcoming speech by the University VEVU Dean, students were addressed by the heads of the Student Affairs Office, Erasmus+ Program, Student Sports Association, Center for Student Standards, and the Student Council. After the welcoming addresses, mentoring sessions followed, where students were introduced to the organization and functioning of the University VEVU, as well as their rights and obligations, including extracurricular activities promoted by the University.
