The inaugural session of the Student Council of the University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar was held on March 25, 2024. The session was attended by Assist. Prof. dr. sc. Željko Sudarić, prof. of profess. stud., dean, Ivan Belaj, mag. iur., vice dean teaching and students, Marko Barukčić and Nika Kul, students of the undergraduate professional study program in Physiotherapy, Helen Dumendžić, a student of the undergraduate professional study program in Commerce, and Karolina Lalić and Hrvoje Čačić, students of the undergraduate professional Administrative Study program. After a few introductory words, the Dean briefed the students on the results of the student elections and informed them about the rights and obligations of the Student Council members. The president of the Student Council and the representatives of the Student Council in the University VEVU Council were elected. Marko Barukčić was elected as the new president of the Student Council, while Marko Barukčić, Helena Dumendžić, and Karolina Lalić were chosen as representatives of the Student Council in the University VEVU Council.
