It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 15th International Conference “Development of Public Administration,” which will be held in Šibenik from May 21 to 22, 2026. This event is organized by Šibenik University of Applied Sciences and University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar.

This year’s conference is dedicated to the theme Smart Governance for a Smart Society, focusing on exploring the interconnectedness of public administration and society.

The partners of the conference are University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar, University of Rijeka, Faculty of Law (Rijeka, Croatia), Catholic University of Croatia, Faculty of Law (Zagreb, Croatia), Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Kharkiv, Ukraine), Universidad del Atlántico Medio (Las Palmas, Spain) and State school for public administration (Zagreb, Croatia).

The proceedings of this year will also be submitted for indexing in the HeinOnline database.
