The University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar and Priora Hospital have signed a cooperation Agreement enabling clinical practice for undergraduate physiotherapy students.
The agreement was formally signed by the Dean of the University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar, Assist. Prof. dr. sc. Željko Sudarić, prof. of professional studies, and the Director of Priora Hospital, Mr. Tomislav Kalem, dr. med., specialist in urology and Head of the Department of Urology, Urologic Oncology, and Robotic Surgery. This marks the beginning of a new phase in the development of student professional practice and the strengthening of ties between higher education institutions and healthcare providers.
This collaboration will provide students with the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and skills in a real clinical environment under the mentorship of experienced healthcare professionals at Priora Hospital.
Both institutions expressed satisfaction with the new partnership, highlighting the importance of high-quality practical training in developing competent and responsible healthcare professionals.
