On January 13, 2025, the play “Gidion’s Knot” was performed in the congress hall of the University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ru\u017ei\u010dka” in Vukovar. The event was organized by the Student Council of the University as part of an approved project funded through the Call for financing student programs conducted by student organizations or individual students.<\/p>\n
The play, based on the critically acclaimed text by American playwright Johnna Adams, directed by Robert Raponja, and performed by the talented actresses Assist. Prof. dr. art. Katica \u0160ubari\u0107 and Matea Bubli\u0107, explores sensitive yet critical themes such as the relationship between parents and teachers, peer violence, and the mental health of young people.<\/p>\n
The performance left a profound impression on the audience, prompting reflection on accountability within the educational system, especially in light of a recent tragic event in Zagreb.<\/p>\n
