To complete the process of registering incoming participants,<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to online registration, <\/span>please send the duly filled and notarized documents listed below, along with any additional ones if necessary, to the email address erasmus@vevu.hr.<\/span><\/p>\n

To facilitate your registration in incoming emails, please use the mail subject line: <\/span>\u2018Incoming Participant Registration Documents \u2013 [Your First and Last Name].\u2019<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Attention: All documents need to be sent in scanned coloured copy in PDF form completely visible documents<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Copy of passport \u2013 both pages

  2. Consent for processing of personal data \u2013 form<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Learning Agreement according mobility type-\u00a0 provide the complete data information for the mobility participant and the sending institution and table before mobility, verified by the sending institution, and signed by the mobility participant

  4. English Language certificate (if language of mobility is not Croatian) – Official Language Proficiency Certificate or Confirmation from the Sending HEI regarding the required level of Language Proficiency – If you do not have any of the above, please access the OLS \u2013 English Placement Test link<\/a>
